Our Story
Companion Pups Kennels is run by Kerry and Bruce Proctor. We are registered as part of the QLD Governments breeder registration scheme and can provide our Breeder Identification Number on request.
Based predominantly in Brisbane, we have four gorgeous Groodles, Gidget, Gigi, Lulu and Rosie (who lives with her family in Rockhampton).
The girl that started it all, our Gidget has had four litters and has now retired and is busy being the leader of our pack. Rosie and Gigi came from separate litters from Gidget, both with different dads, and Lulu was adopted from her breeder in Melbourne.

All of our girls have had full DNA testing, and hip scores before being considered for breeding, and results are all within the breeding standards. We also hold the same expectations of any male we are considering breeding our girls with.

Every puppy is health checked by the vet at birth, then again at two, four, six and eight weeks of age. They are wormed, vaccinated and microchipped prior to leaving for their forever homes.

At Companion Pups Kennels, we have taken something which started as a family passion and turned it into a successful breeding business. We breed our animals to have friendly dispositions and fit in seamlessly as incredible family pets.

How We Do Things
At Companion Pups Kennels, we are rigorous in screening and selecting the right home for each animal. If we do not think your home is the best place for them, we will redirect you to a different Dog Breeder who might be a better fit. To reserve an animal, please get in touch. Note, we will not separate our babies from their mothers until they are old enough.
